Nursery Fee Payments

We want to make your life easy! So we have introduced a number of different payment schemes.

We accept the Local authority funding for all three olds. Which means from the term after their third birthday your child will be entitled to fifteen hours of free care and education with us for thirty eight weeks of the year! We claim this for you and make adjustments to your existing fee payment plan to ensure that you are credited with these hours as soon as your child is entitled to them.

We also accept all forms of childcare vouchers. These are gained in conjunction with your employer and can give you a large tax saving. So make you sure you enquire with your HR department to find out which voucher scheme they use and how to go about setting this up.

We ask you make any outstanding fee payment by standing order and will request all monies in advance. So in order to secure your child’s place you will receive an invoice for the first months fee’s when accepting your place.

Settling In

At Pine Rivers we recognise that the settling in period is as important for you as it is for your child.

To ensure that both parents and children are relaxed and feel at ease we offer a number of different support systems to help you through this period of transition.

We know that every child is different and no two families are the same. Therefore our settling in process is tailor made to suit your needs. We offer “return to work” workshops for parents on maternity leave.

Your child’s Key Person will work in conjunction with you to arrange settling in visits, to allow you and your child to become familiar with the surroundings, routines and practitioners.

We will ask you to fill in an “All about me” form for your child, to enable to gather lots of important information about your child and your family. This will help us to build bonds with your child and to tailor our routines to suit them.

We have an open door policy, meaning that you are free to call and check on how your child is doing on those first few nerve wracking days!! We are happy to spend time at the beginning and end of the day chatting and exchanging information to ensure that you are kept completely up to date.
