Maple Room
"You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think." – Winnie the Pooh by A.A. Milne
Maple is our Pre-School Room, we focus on providing a rich, engaging environment that prepares children for the transition to school. Through a balance of structured learning and free exploration, children develop key skills in literacy, numeracy, and social interaction. Our curriculum is based on the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, which ensures that children are exposed to a wide variety of activities to enhance their intellectual and emotional development. Activities like storytime, creative play, and hands-on learning foster a love of learning and help children gain confidence, independence, and problem-solving skills—essential qualities for school readiness. Our nurturing environment also supports emotional growth, encouraging children to manage their feelings, work as a team, and communicate effectively with peers and adults
Learning is approached in a holistic way, with a focus on social and emotional development as well as academic progress. Children practice cooperation through shared activities and build their communication skills through group discussions, storytimes, and role-play. The environment is designed to be both stimulating and nurturing, preparing children for school with activities that boost their independence, confidence, and curiosity.

With a focus on both cognitive and social development, we ensure that each child is ready for the next exciting stage in their educational journey - SCHOOL!
